Location: Beach behind The Back Porch Restaurant in Destin, FL
Categories: Elite Male, Elite Female, Open Male, Open Female, 4- person Team (must include at least one female)
-Awards for overall Elite/Open M/F & Team Winners
-Custom medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in Elite/Open M/F & Team
Events: Will include short running and several CrossFit type exercises, all in the sand, lasting aprox 30 min.
-Be ready for Anything, Anytime, Anywhere!
-Exact course designed by 30a CrossFit & will not be revealed until the day of the event
-Post Race refreshments (for participants only) food & drink provided by The Back Porch
Cost: Individuals- $25 pre-entry, $30 day of; Teams- $100 pre,
$125 day of.
