If you are a member of the military who will be deployed during the Destin 50 Beach Ultra, we are offering you the chance to be a part of our race.  We are offering you an entry fee that covers only the following: Destin 50 long sleeve race shirt, a medal for finishers, shipping of these items, and listing of results. 

50 mile or 50K Shadow Runner: $40

50 mile team relay: $160

Please register on our Active.com site, you MUST use your .mil address when registering for this event and please use a mailing address that will be valid through March 31, 2012.

You are also welcome to create a Destin 50 page on firstgiving.com to raise money for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation as you run.

Runners must email results of their run (distance, date and time of run, time to complete run, location, method (road, treadmill, etc), photo if able, and updated shipping address) to destin50@live.com by 22 Feb 2012 to receive a medal. Race shirts/medals will ship on or about 1 March 2012 for those who register by 15 Jan 2012, shirts for those registering after this date may be delayed.
